Food was good but service was what really stood out. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, my waitress, Lucy, was amazing. I have had a very rough week and yet she was able to put a smile on my face and show me how great people can be. I don't love anywhere close to here and happened to be driving by on my way to a meeting but I will be back in the near future.

Came here for the Groupon deal for a date night. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Mexican food and the family atmosphere. Having spent twenty years in southern California I definitely vouch for the authenticity of the flavor, however the price is definitely a mark up compared to what I'm used to in California but premium Mexican food is definitely in short supply in New England. Strongly recommend the fajitas and the guacamole and I'll definitely be back again.

My go to place. A second kitchen. Mexican hospitality, wonderful rustic decor and great food and drinks. Easy parking next door and outside seating if it’s warm. Go!

I have been going to Jose's for over six years and the food is just as amazing as when I first visited! I always get the chicken fajitas which are to die for and the margaritas are the size of my head. delicious, authentic, a true Mexican atmosphere from the music to the tiles on the table. I love that the employees are native Spanish speakers as I frequently go with my boyfriend (who is guatemalan) and it's a great opportunity to learn and practice my Spanish!

Great place. Small group sat outside. Had No Way Jose margarita pitcher (well, several) and chicken fajitas. Spicy salsa was awesome too.

Oh yes! If you are into Mexican food, this is the place. Relaxed service and fantastic food! Did at least 30 tours here in three years, never had a sad moment in this place.

Nice cozy little Mexican restaurant. Plenty of parking. Great food! Great prices for lunch specials.

Small restaurant, but very cozy. Plenty of free parking, which is always a plus. Ordered the steak fajitas for two and was extremely satisfied. Plenty of steak andbthe chips and salsa they give you are pretty decent too. Didn't get to try their margaritas but they looked enormous. So therefore, they must be delicious. Friendly service and good food. If you're ever in the mood for Mexican and happen to be in Cambridge, check it out.

Fabulous urinating experience. A small but unique spot with a lot of privacy. With only one restroom per gender available and margaritas flowing with the intensity of the Nile one would expect a crowded lavatory. Have no fear, optimized to the location's smaller size, you'll have no issues completing your business in private.

Great food,service. Authentic Mexican food and atmosphere. Looks so small from outside but really it's 2 floors and a hidden side room. They even have outdoor seating. They only open up downstairs on really bz times like weekend dinner time. Also they are open predominantly late for food like 11 or 12. Small bar focused on all spirits but limited brands. Tequila options are main focus,naturally :) a great vegetarian dinner plate that offers a variety of 3 things but I wd recommend on holding off on the spinach enchiladas. Spinach makes it kinda soggy but the Verde cheese enchiladas are my fav. Also chips are served complimentary w/choice mild,medium or hot salsa. If ur looking for a cozy authentic Mexican restaurant this is a good place to go and off peak hours are never too busy.
