We love this place. No frills good food and kid friendly

Our second time here. Very authentic Mexican food. Tiny but not to be missed. Nothing fancy decor wise but a nice place none the less with good service and excellent authentic Mexican food.

Genuine authentic flavorful. Everything I've tried has been more than a meal but an experience. Family owned and operated restaurant. Dedicated and consistently fantastic.

Liked that each meal was made from scratch, home-made down to the hot sauces. Unlike a lot of Mexican cuisine, the foods did not have a liberal amount of added salt. One star removed for providing only a limited amount of salsa and chips, small portion before they charge. Guacamole was not made from scratch at the table, only assembled at the table. I did not see a raw avocado and if you like lime in it, you will need to ask. All in all, good. We will return and recommend to others for the meal.

This is a small, low-key, family friendly, authentic Mexican restaurant. We got the fresh-made at the table guacamole, horchata, red sangria, enchiladas verde, and chilli rellenos. Everything was freshly made and very good, including the fresh house salsa. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, we all came home with food. Their menu had a lot of options, from a large choice of interesting tacos and enchiladas, to fancier options like fish Veracruz. Highly recommend, we'll be going back.

I have been eating at La Posada for a number of years. The atmosphere is welcoming and the menu has delicious authentic Mexican dishes. The guacamole is wonderful, a large dish served with light and delicious corn chips. The flan, traditional custard, is just like I remember it, sweet but not too sweet.

Delicious, and the table-side guac is amazing, and (practically) made to order. Totally worth the price. However, they do have the tendency to be a little slow on lunch, even if there's very few people there. Don't go if you're going to die if you don't eat something right then and there, but awesome food if you're willing to wait a little while. Enchiladas are great, and the Cemitas are an awesome deal, and quite tasty too.
